Payment

• Prices are in EURO. Payment via Paypal invoice or custom Vgen invoice (additional charge will be applied to this form of payment, due to platform fee)
• 50/50 Payment plans are available. Artwork will not be delivered until entirety of the amount has been paid.
• No refunds, unless I decide I'm no longer able to finish the work. All payments are final.
• In case of a chargeback, the client loses all rights to use the artwork. In case of a character design commission, I have the right to resell refunded commission to someone else. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

Delivery time

• I work according to my queue. I will not start your commission, until I've finished all previous requests first.
• My delivery time can vary from 2 weeks to 2-3 months, depending on your place in queue and complexity of the request.
• Please keep in mind that any rush orders I receive may slightly delay your delivery date. If this happens, you will be informed about it.

Commission Process

• After discussing all necessary details and deciding I'm a good fit for the job, I will send you the invoice.
• Once the payment has been completed, I start working on the art piece.
• Updates will be sent every major milestone.
• If you ordered a skeb style commission, you will only receive the final.
• You can ask for updates via twitter/vgen. Please limit it to 1 inquiry/week. I work as quick as I can and I never forget about a commission.

Revisions

• Every small commission includes 3 free revisions (Illustrations, Character design)
• If you have small adjustments, I prefer if you fit them all in 1 revision message.
• More complex commissions, such as vtuber models, have unlimited revisions, but within reason. When I decide you've requested too many changes, I might ask for additional cost.
• Commercial inquiries have unlimited revisions, regardless of complexity.
• After final approval and delivery, changes can be made only at additional cost.
• Skeb style commissions don't include free revisions. The delivery is final. You may ask for changes at additional cost.

Rush orders

• Rush fees may apply to commissions with tight deadlines (15-100% depending on deadline and complexity)
• I do not offer rush orders below 3 days for smaller commissions and 1 week for vtuber models.
• Deadline must be discussed before commissioning. You may still add rush to your order at later time, but only if I'm able to fulfill it.

Delivery

• Files will be delivered via Google drive link or VGEN delivery.
• Make sure to backup your files. I do not store commission files for longer than a month. If you ever want to request extras for your vtuber model, you will need to provide the files to me again.
• If I made a mistake delivering the files (missing files or layers), please contact me and I will get it fixed. Make sure to check it as soon as you receive the delivery.
• Illustrations and Character sheets will always be delivered in 2 versions - Watermarked and Clean. Make sure to use the watermarked version whenever you post the piece online to minimize theft.

Rights & Usage

• By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following. Any breach will result in me contacting you to seek explanation or compensation.
• I own the rights to everything I make. If you wish to own the piece I made, you will have to pay for copyright transfer. Price will depend on the type of commission purchased. You own the LICENCE to use the art in appropriate manner, earlier discussed with me. I keep the rights to use the artwork for portfolio & promotional purposes, even if the copyright has been traferred.
• I may post WIPs (work in progress) or stream any commission on my social media/twitch. If you wish otherwise, you must pay a privacy fee (NDA).
• Do NOT edit my art. Do NOT recolor it (vtube studio multiply recoloring is okay!), do NOT add/change details, do NOT add layers to my vtuber models without my consent. All changes must be discussed with me and adjustments can be made by me at additional cost.
• If you wish to bring a vtuber model made by me to another artist, this will require purchasing the copyright for it (+50%). Then you will be allowed to do whatever you want with it, without my further input.
• AI/NFT use of my art is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, even if copyright has been purchased.
• You may resell art commissioned from me for the price you paid for it. Profiting from my art is NOT allowed.
• Please credit me when you post my art publicly (@arraveri).

Personal use, Commercial use & copyright

*These definitions apply to me and my services. They may vary from other artists.

• Personal use - used for profit-free branding (profile picture, banner, schedule, twitter posts, etc.)• Commercial use - used for profit outside of twitch/youtube (merchandise, patreon, fansly, etc.). Vtuber models and emotes have commercial rights already included in their price. They may be used to create content without any additional cost. Character design doesn't have it included within the price, it will need to be purchased additionally, if you plan to use design made by me to create merch. Commercial rights can be purchased at later date.• Copyright - transfer of rights. I no longer need to be credited. You can make changes to the piece and redistribute it as you wish. This doesn't give you the right to use it for AI/NFT. I still retain the rights to use the art piece to promote my services. Commercial rights are included in this.• Making changes to my artwork doesn't make it yours.

Ready to rig Vtuber Model Art file. I do NOT rig models. Every model includes 4 free facial expressions. Commercial rights to use model for streaming is included. 50/50 payment plans are available. For best results, find rigger before contacting me, so we can plan the commission together. It's not necessary, but helps the end result.Make sure you have a detailed character reference. Otherwise you will need to purchase the design polishing add-on. I don't work with moodboards/pinterest pictures for the model. I need a clear reference before I start the work.

I offer model sketches for €125, so you can test my style! The price will later be deducted from the model's final quote.
